Connie Bailey — 30+ years behind the table.
Connie Bailey has spent more than three decades shaping the pet grooming industry — as a salon owner, certified master groomer, competitor, and educator. Her work has been featured on multiple covers of Groomer to Groomer, the grooming industry's leading trade magazine, and she has trained groomers at every stage of their careers, from first-day bathers to seasoned stylists building their own brands.
Her mission with Pretty Paws Grooming Academy is simple: to help students achieve their dream of becoming a confident, certified Professional Pet Stylist. Every lesson, video, and skill checklist is drawn directly from what actually works on the table — the same techniques, safety standards, and breed-specific finishes she has refined over thirty-plus years of hands-on experience.
